Andrew Maidanik says that many wedding photographers usually oppose wedding photography examples brought to them by wedding clients, contrary to that he welcomes when couples plan and share their wedding photography ideas and is happy to work in the direction set by the couple.

Andrew likes to spend some time with the couple prior to their wedding day to learn their personalities, to see which perspectives should be explored in more detail. Andrew thinks that best approach is, of course, to have an engagement shoot, which is the great opportunity for the couple to see their photographer in action, and give Andrew a chance to learn about the couple in his turn.
